Banking: Dan Lampard was named vice president and marketing director at Cascade Bank, Everett. Matt Johnson was promoted to vice president and manager of Golf Savings Bank's Northgate branch office.

Cruise ships: Marnie Whipple was hired as manager of international sales and key accounts at Windstar Cruises.

Electrical engineering: Ted Johnson was hired as project manager and Jay Tilley as designer at Cierra Electrical Group.
