Details about the funeral of Ronald Reagan. All times are PDT:

Today:

— 2 p.m.: Aircraft arrives at Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington.

— 3 p.m.: Formal funeral procession to Capitol, with casket transfer from hearse onto horse-drawn caisson at 1600 Constitution Avenue. The caisson will continue east on Constitution toward the west side of the Capitol, and a 21-aircraft flyover will occur when the cortege crosses 4th Street. Eight-member casket-bearing teams with representatives from each branch of the military will carry the casket toward a first-floor entrance. Mrs. Reagan will await the casket inside the Capitol.

— 4 p.m.: Ceremony in Capitol Rotunda for Reagan family and dignitaries. No one but Mrs. Reagan and the immediate family will be seated. The casket will be arranged with the head to the east and the feet to the west.

— 5:30 p.m.: Lying in state begins in rotunda and continues through the night. The public will file around the casket and then exit the building through the same door used to enter.

Tomorrow:

— All day: Public viewing of casket continues in rotunda.

— Evening: President Bush and wife, Laura, plan to call on Mrs. Reagan. She will be staying in the Blair House, the official guest residence across the street from the White House. Then Bush is expected to go to the Capitol to visit Reagan's casket as it lies in state.

Friday:

— 4 a.m.: Public viewing ends.

— 7:30 a.m.: Departure ceremony at the Capitol.

— 7:45 a.m.: Motorcade departs Capitol for Washington National Cathedral.

— 8:15 a.m.: Motorcade arrives at cathedral.

— 8:30 a.m.: National funeral service at cathedral. Irish tenor Ronan Tynan will perform Franz Schubert's "Ave Maria." Former Sen. John C. Danforth, R-Mo., is officiating. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor will read John Winthrop's "We shall be as a City Upon a Hill." Eulogies planned by President Bush, former President George H. W. Bush, former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney.

— 10:15 a.m.: Departure ceremony from cathedral.

— 10:45 a.m.: Motorcade departs cathedral for Andrews Air Force Base.

— 11:45 a.m.: Aircraft departs Andrews.

— 4:45 p.m.: Aircraft arrives at Point Mugu Naval Air Station in California.

— 6 p.m.: Motorcade arrives at Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.

— 6:15 p.m.: Private interment service at library.

— 7:30 p.m.: Interment ceremony concludes.
