The Cultural Development Authority of King County's Public Art Program is seeking an artist to photograph the development of the Bridgewater system located in King and Snohomish Counties in Washington State. The photographer will be paid $60,000 to creatively document the evolution, demolition and construction phases of the treatment plant and its conveyance line from April 2004 through the plant opening in 2010.
