2-Year-Old Guilty In Murder Try

TACOMA - After being shot four times last September, 20-year-old John Marth used his own blood to scrawl the name of his attacker on the floor of a store.

Yesterday, a Pierce County Superior Court jury found the man whose name he wrote, Ronney Hamilton, guilty of attempted murder. Hamilton also was convicted of witness tampering for trying to persuade a friend not to testify about a gun.

Hamilton, 18, could face up to 27 years in prison when he is sentenced May 21.
