Advertising/PR/Marketing: Kurt Reifschneider was promoted from senior art director to vice president of McCann-Erickson. David Hinton, formerly of AT&T Wireless Services, was named database information manager for CF2GS.

Architecture: Jeri Vaughn, previously of Wyatt Stapper Architects, was named director of marketing for NBBJ. Tim Hossner was appointed principal of The Bumgardner Architects. Banking: Juel Erickson was named vice president of information systems and J. Craige Naylor was named vice president of residential loan production for Continental Savings Bank. Beverly Galpin was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer and Dave Engels to senior vice president and credit administrator for Redmond National Bank.

Communications: James Hall, formerly of TCI of Washington, was appointed director of Seattle cable operations for Summitt Communications Inc. Construction: Scott Brewer was named director of construction for Dally Homes Inc. Education: Cheryl Reed was named vice president of economic development at Shoreline Community College. Finance: Jon Gacek was named a partner with Price Waterhouse LLP. High technology: Joan Collins was named marketing director and Bart Hugg was appointed content director for HBSI Action at HBS International Inc.

Law: Stuart Allen, focusing on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, was named to the executive committee of Reed McClure. Pamela McClaran was named a shareholder for Karr Tuttle Campbell. Ronald Lone was appointed chairman of the business department and Alan Merkle as chairman of the litigation department for Stoel Rives LLP. Lodging: Susan Bastianello-Salazar was named senior vice president of human resources for Westin Hotels & Resorts.

Manufacturing: Elizabeth Huebner, formerly of AT&T Wireless Services, was appointed vice president and chief financial officer of Fluke Corp. Dennis Griffin was named vice president of production, Donna Johnson as vice president of finance and administration and Jack Motl as vice president of operations for C.C. Filson Co. Printing: Lew Cosens was named general manager for Excel Graphics. Real estate: Sloan Jordan was promoted from portfolio manager to chief operating officer for Allied Group Inc.

Other: Michael Muller was appointed president of Omega Services. F.E. MacSpadden was named manager of the Washington state Department of Transportation's Aviation division Search and Rescue program.

Awards: Laura Oberto, chief operating officer of Oh Boy! Oberto Sausage Co., was named 1996 Executive of the Year by Snack Food Magazine.
