Pay Raises -- Maybe Crying To The Mayor Will Get Results From City

I note in the Dec. 3 paper that Margaret Pageler is going to introduce legislation to the Seattle City Council preventing five members of the council from receiving a $3,000 cost of living increase.

What a shame! I have been retired from City of Seattle employment for 17 years and have not received one penny of a COLA. Maybe you should go cry on the mayor's shoulder!
