Kids Saw Sex, Mia's Lawyer Says

NEW YORK - Woody Allen's 7-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son saw their father having sex with their older sister, Mia Farrow's lawyer says.

Allen has acknowledged he is romantically involved with Soon-Yi Previn, Farrow's college-age adopted daughter. But he denied daughter Dylan and son Satchel ever saw the couple's lovemaking.

The latest round in the custody dispute between the filmmaker and Farrow came yesterday during a hearing on Allen's rights to visit with Dylan, Satchel and the couple's 14-year-old son Moses.

Farrow's lawyer, Eleanor Alter, also said that Allen pushed Dylan's face into a plate of hot spaghetti in anger. The lawyer said that later, when Allen would get angry with the girl, he would warn, "I'm going to make spaghetti."

The lawyer also alleged that Allen had twisted the boy's legs and threatened to break them.

Dylan reported that she and Satchel witnessed sex between Allen and Previn when Connecticut police asked her why she knew how to position anatomically correct dolls to depict sex, Alter said. Dylan made the allegation Dec. 30 and said she saw the lovemaking sometime last year at Allen's Manhattan apartment, the lawyer said.

She did not say exactly where the children watched from, whether Allen was aware the children saw him or how long the children allegedly watched.

Allen told reporters after the hearing that Farrow is "drumming lies" into Dylan.

"I think that when Mia needs something, she takes our daughter and makes her say it," Allen said.

No immediate rulings on Allen's visitation rights were made. Another hearing was set for Jan. 26.
