What's the best part about coming back to play in Washington? It's really nice to finish my career with the Seattle Seahawks. I've always been a fan of the Hawks, and it's a perfect situation for me.
Do you still follow the Cougars? Absolutely. I think they're going to be all right (this season). Coach (Mike) Price is always a scrapper.
New England (Eaton's former team) or Seattle winters? Seattle for sure. It's home.
What's the difference between Patriots training camp and that of the Seahawks? New England camps are more "old school." We've had camps where we've had pads on for both practices. Here, Coach Holmgren takes care of his players by going with pads in the morning and shells (helmet with no pads) in the afternoon. We have (fewer) injuries here.
Do you have a special pre-game ritual? Tell myself, "Don't suck."
What's the best advice you've ever received? The best advice I ever got was from my old man. He said, "If it was easy, anyone could do it. Training camp's not easy, and not everyone can do it."
Did you know? If he were not in football, Eaton said he'd probably be involved in the construction or land development business.
