Oscar winner Julia Roberts is back in the lonely hearts club.
The Pretty Woman and Benjamin Bratt, the hunk from "Law & Order," have split.
"It's true, they are no longer together," Bratt's spokeswoman Ina Trakiosis said Wednesday.
Roberts, who won an Oscar for best actress in March for her role in "Erin Brockovich," could not be reached for comment.
However, sources said the star couple, who've been dating for 3-1/2 years, agreed to part about a month ago and that it was Bratt, 37, who bailed out of the relationship.
One of his pals blamed the split on the pressures of living in the shadow of Hollywood's biggest female star. "He saw her career as a conflict to his plans and what he wants. He didn't want to be known as Mr. Julia Roberts."
Another said Bratt "had been trying for years to get her to commit to marriage. They'd been back and forth on it. He finally had enough."
The breakup also is bound to hound Roberts as she makes publicity appearances for "America's Sweethearts," her upcoming film about a press agent (Billy Crystal) who must deal with the messy split of two stars (John Cusack and Catherine Zeta-Jones) just as their new movie is coming out.

Fox delays 'Murder'
LOS ANGELES - Fox has pushed the premiere of the summer series "Murder in Small Town X" back one week to July 24 in hopes of getting more press for the reality-scripted hybrid.
"By pushing 'Murder in Small Town X' back a week, we will be able to more fully execute our promotional plan, which includes using the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour as a platform," says Gail Berman, Fox's entertainment president. Fox will present its new shows to the country's TV critics in Pasadena on July 17 and 18.
The show's executive producer, George Verschoor, sees the move as a chance to get a little more work done.
"This series faces one of the quickest turnarounds we have ever attempted," he says. "We just wrapped production on May 9 and, with thousands of hours of footage to cull through, we're grateful to Fox for giving us an extra week to produce the best show possible."
"Murder in Small Town X" is a fictional "whodunit," cast with real-life people who must compete to solve the mystery of the killer's identity before they are knocked out of the game. The mystery takes place in a small town filled with locals and extras.
The show moves to its regular time slot of 9 p.m. Tuesdays starting July 31.
