UW recruits on East-West teams

Seven University of Washington recruits, including Lakes High school receiver Reggie Williams, are on the list of players expected to participate in this year's 4A-3A East-West All-State football game June 29 at Lampson Stadium in Kennewick.
Williams, considered one of the top high-school prospects in the country, is the lone future Husky on the East roster. The West squad has the other six - running backs Ty Eriks of O'Dea and Evan Benjamin of Redmond, tight end/linebacker Andy Heater of Snohomish and linemen Will Conwell of Kentwood, Tusi Sa'au of Rainier Beach and Brad Vanneman of Issaquah.
Williams is joined on the East team by a trio of Washington State signees - Aaron Joseph of Franklin Pierce, Jeremy Bohannon of Richland and Ben Woodard of Cheney.
The West all-stars also include a future Cougar, Marty Martin of Puyallup. Notre Dame-bound running back Cory Jones of Kennedy is on the West squad as well.
Ferndale's Vic Randall is head coach of the West team, with Tom Moore of Prosser in charge of the East.
