Where to dispose of diazinon locally

Three years ago, a survey of major pesticide sellers in King County found diazinon to be the biggest seller among insecticides purchased by homeowners to combat insects such as crane flies and cutworms in their lawns. It's also used indoors to kill roaches, fleas and ants. Diazinon kills bugs by attacking their nervous systems.

If you have diazinon at home and want to get rid of it, King County recommends taking it to household hazardous-waste-ollection sites.
