Shurgard Storage Executive Steps Down After 17 Years
SEATTLE - Michael Rowe will step down as chief operating officer in charge of day-to-day management of Shurgard Storage Centers, the company said. Rowe will remain through the year to handle transition duties.
No one was given Rowe's title, but regional vice presidents Steve Tyler and Don Favreau will take on much of the day-to-day chores, the company said. Chairman Charles Barbo said Rowe's contributions over 17 years were immeasurable.
