Woman's Body Found In River Is Id'd

A body, which was recovered from the Snohomish River, has been identified by Snohomish County Medical Examiner investigators as that of Joyce C. Lamb of Snohomish.

Lamb, 42, had been missing since March 14, when she was seen, apparently distraught, at a boat launch on the river in Snohomish.

Her body was recovered Tuesday, a quarter-mile south of the Highway 2 bridge in Everett, near the Lowell-Snohomish Park.

Neither the cause nor the classification of Lamb's death has been established.
