Gun Safety -- Have To Be Really Drunk

In her column, Michelle Malkin uses the term "sober" several times when referring to pro-gun research done by University of Chicago Professor John Lott ("Feminization of gun debate drowns out sober analysis," June 23).

My question is this: how can you conduct a sober analysis when you'd have to be really drunk to buy into any argument that favors rampant handgun ownership? John Lundquist
