Swimming
With Puget Sound in the front yard and lakes, public pools and a water-slide park out the back door, there's no excuse for sweating out a hot summer day. The newest attraction this year is a big outdoor pool in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood, featuring a water slide. But the old standbys are great, too.
