Roth Named Regional Attorney For Labor Relations Board
SEATTLE - Catherine Roth has been named regional attorney for the National Labor Relations Board's regional office.
Roth had served as supervisory attorney in the Seattle Regional Office since 1993.
In her new position, she will be responsible for the legal work in NLRB cases throughout Region 19, which covers the states of Washington, Oregon and Alaska and parts of Montana and Idaho.
The NLRB is the agency that enforces the National Labor Relations Act. It investigates and prosecutes unfair labor practices and it conducts secret-ballot elections in which employees decide whether or not to unionize.
