City People's To Open At Sand Point Village Site

SEATTLE - City People's Mercantile will open its third hardware and garden store this spring in the former Alfalfa's Market site on Sand Point Way Northeast. The general merchandise and True Value hardware outlet will be the anchor tenant in a refurbished shopping complex to be called Sand Point Village. City People's will have 10,000 square feet inside the former grocery store for tools, paint, cookware, clothes and gift items, and 3,000 square feet outside for garden supplies.

Additional retail space is available, said Robert Regan, Windermere Commercial vice president who is handling the leasing for Sand Point Village.
