Aoki Sells Indian Summer Golf Course To Scott Oki
OLYMPIA - A retired Microsoft millionaire has bought the Indian Summer championship golf course.
Aoki of Japan sold the par-72, 7,206-yard course to Indian Summer LLC, whose chairman is Scott Oki, a former senior vice president at Microsoft.
Indian Summer's gated housing development was sold separately to Crystal Investments.
Terms of the sales were not disclosed.
Oki's other holdings include Echo Falls Country Club, a semiprivate course in Snohomish, and The Golf Club at Newcastle, a championship 36-hole course under construction.
