Old Navy Signs Lease For Space In I. Magnin Building

SEATTLE - Old Navy, a division of Gap, has signed a lease to become a major tenant in the former I. Magnin building in downtown Seattle.

The lease agreement had been expected. Old Navy was one of several tenants with which Madison Marquette Realty Services of Cincinnati, the building's developer, reportedly was negotiating.

Old Navy is expected to occupy three of the four floors in the former I. Magnin building at Sixth Avenue and Pine Street. In addition to apparel, it sells housewares, recreational goods and

toys.
