Perkins Coie Merges With Firm In Denver; It'll Be 12Th Office

SEATTLE - Perkins Coie, Seattle's largest law firm, will open an office in Denver on Jan. 1 by merging with the firm Musgrave & Theis.

The new office, Perkins Coie's 12th worldwide, will help serve the firm's clients with interests in that region's industries, including telecommunications.

Musgrave & Theis specializes in areas including antitrust and unfair competition, constitutional law, health care and

telecommunications.
