Boys Soccer All-Stars / Kingco Conference -- Eastlake Dominates All-Kingco Team
Seven players from the KingCo Conference and state Class AAA champion Eastlake boys soccer team were selected to the KingCo all-opponents first team, and three more Wolves were picked for the second team.
Another five Wolves earned honorable mention - making it a total of 15 Eastlake players voted All-KingCo.
KingCo runner-up Newport earned four first-team and two second-team spots.
In all, 95 players made all-KingCo - an average of 7.3 per team. Nineteen were named to the first team.
Five coaches finished in a tie in the balloting for Coach of the Year: Bothell's Gina Cassella, Bellevue's Steve Crum, Issaquah's Sam Maccarrone, Newport's Paul Mendes and Sammamish's Michael Smith.
