Banking: Cynthia Sonstelie, vice president of human resources at Simpson Investment Co., was elected to the board of directors of Continental Savings Bank. Engineering: Thomas Lee was named senior engineer for RSP/EQE. Event management: Connie Sandifer, president-elect of the Washington State Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, was named program director for the Columbia Resource Group.
