Planning Director Named In Issaquah

ISSAQUAH - Former Issaquah planning manager Mark Hinthorne has been named the city's planning director.

Hinthorne was the city's planning manager for four years before leaving to work for Puget Sound Power and Light Co. He also worked for 11 years as assistant planning director for Yakima County.

Assistant City Administrator Cheryl Fambles will serve as interim planning director until Hinthorne arrives March 15.
