One Pagliacci Too Many

First came Pizzeria Pagliacci, the pizza-by-the-slice store that started 16 years ago. Then came the service Pagliacci Delivers. Now the company has decided it's time to go back to just one hard-to-pronounce Italian name (say "Polly-yach-chee," or something like that).

"With a name as difficult to pronounce as ours, we've come to realize that was one Pagliacci too many," said owner Dorene Centioli-McTigue.

So now, they are just Pagliacci Pizza. It will be ushered in by a new icon with a hand-spinning pizza cook and the colors of the Italian flag.
