Maker Of Sonic Toothbrush Files Patent-Infringement Suit

BELLEVUE - Optiva Corp., maker of the Sonicare sonic toothbrush, has filed a lawsuit against Teledyne Industries alleging patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets in connection with Teledyne's manufacture and sale of its SenSonic toothbrush.

The suit, filed in U.S. District Court, seeks unspecified monetary damages and action by the court to stop Teledyne's sales of its toothbrush.
