Pacific Nuclear Shareholders OK Stock Purchase Of Impell

FEDERAL WAY - Pacific Nuclear Systems Inc. said it has received shareholder approval to purchase all of the stock of ABB Impell Corp. and two affiliates, and has completed the $32 million transaction.

The company, which supplies technologies and services to the nuclear industry, also changed its name to Vectra Technologies Inc. Vectra is being traded on the NASDAQ national market system under the symbol VCTR.

The newly acquired companies will operate as subsidiaries of Vectra under the names of Impell Corp., Vectra Government Services Inc. and Vectra Technologies Ltd.
