Stock Price Posts Strong Gain As Midisoft Closes Offering
REDMOND - With its stock already posting a 54 percent gain in just over a week, Midisoft Corp. closed its initial public offering of 1.1 million shares.
The stock was first offered to the public July 19 at $3.50 a share. This afternoon it was trading at $5.625.
Midisoft, a Redmond software company that develops music software for Windows and multimedia applications, said all of the shares were sold by the company. No shares were sold by Midisoft officers or directors. Cruttenden & Co. managed the offer, which left Midisoft with 2.8 million shares outstanding.
