Kentridge's Mattaini Wins State Golf Title

FORT LEWIS - Jason Mattaini of Kentridge shot six-over par to win the Class AAA golf championship at Fort Lewis Golf Club yesterday. Mattaini carded two 75s to finish two strokes ahead of Mead's Darren Slackman and Darin Vaughan.

Mead won the team championship by 42 points over Kentridge. Cascade finished with 62 1/2 points.
