Worker In Renton Killed When Hit By Asphalt Truck

A 41-year-old worker at a construction site was killed yesterday when he was struck by an asphalt truck as it backed up.

Renton police ruled the death an accident and was not investigating further, police spokeswoman Penny Bryant said.

The man, identified as Dennis James Froisland, 41, of Auburn, was struck at about 12:30 p.m. at 1601 North Eighth St., where the Kenworth Truck Co. is building a plant.
