Bread Machines -- Henzi's Seed Bread

The following recipe is from the Dak Auto Bakery Booklet.
HENZI'S SEED BREAD 1 loaf; about 14 slices
1 (1/4-ounce) package yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
2/3 cup rye flour
1-2 tablespoons gluten flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup unprocessed bran
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup poppy seeds
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 cup warm water
1/3 cup warm milk
1 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons honey
1 egg
1. Put the yeast, sugar, bread flour, wheat flour, rye flour, gluten flour, cornmeal, bran, salt, raisins, nuts, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, water, milk, oil, honey and egg in the machine.
2. Select the white bread setting and push start. When baking and cooling cycles have finished remove the bread from the pan and let cool on a rack before slicing.
