It began as a gleam in a restaurateur's eye and evolved into Seattle's biggest summertime event. The Bite of Seattle, with gridlock crowds and nonstop snackery, continues to fascinate, continues to draw.

It's tomorrow through Sunday at Seattle Center. One of the features is Hinterberger's Alley, where a $6 donation allows you to meet Times restaurant reviewer John Hinterberger and to sample food from eight top restaurants, with the proceeds benefiting Northwest Harvest.
